Andrea is one of those rare “Xennials”. Born on the cusp of the GenX and Millennial cutoff, Andrea is uniquely positioned to have the “old school” ways of life and work in her back pocket, but has been able to glean new and improved ways of living and working. As such, she has worked with the status quo but challenged it to be better when possible. She is passionate about empowering others to modernize the ways of being a Woman, a Mother, and a Leader or People Manager.
